Terms of Use

Last updated: 22 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Livedeck: IPTV Player (“Livedeck”), developed by David Alcaraz, Barcelona, Spain (“we”). By using the app you accept them. Apple’s Standard License Agreement (the “Apple EULA”) also applies to the app.

1. What Livedeck is

Livedeck is a media player. It does not include, provide, sell or recommend any channels, playlists or content, and it is not affiliated with any content provider. You use it to play playlists that you add yourself.

2. Your responsibility

3. Free trial

Livedeck includes a 7-day free trial with full access. No payment method is required and nothing is charged when it ends. The trial starts when you first install the app with your Apple Account and is shared across your devices. When it ends you need an active plan to keep using the app.

4. Plans and prices

PlanPriceType
Monthly€1.99Auto-renewing subscription, every month
Yearly€9.99Auto-renewing subscription, every year
Lifetime€14.99One-time payment, no renewals

Prices include applicable taxes where required and may vary by country; the price shown in the App Store at the time of purchase applies. One purchase covers your iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and Mac signed in with the same Apple Account.

5. Subscriptions

6. Lifetime purchase

The lifetime plan is a single payment that gives access to the app on your devices for as long as Livedeck is offered and maintained. If we ever decide to discontinue the app we will give reasonable notice. Buying the lifetime plan does not cancel an active subscription: you must cancel it yourself in your Apple Account settings to avoid further charges.

7. Offer codes

We may issue offer codes that give a discount or free access to the lifetime plan. Codes are redeemed through Apple (in the app or the App Store), can be used once per Apple Account, may expire, have no cash value and cannot be combined. We may deactivate codes that are abused.

8. Refunds and withdrawal

Purchases are made through Apple, which handles payments and refunds. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Your statutory consumer rights, including any right of withdrawal for digital content, are not affected and are subject to Apple’s terms and applicable law.

9. Third-party components

Livedeck uses VLCKit and libVLC (© VideoLAN and contributors) under the GNU Lesser General Public License 2.1 or later. See “Licenses and notices” in the app’s options menu. VLC is a trademark of VideoLAN; Livedeck is not affiliated with or endorsed by VideoLAN.

10. Availability and liability

The app is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will work with every playlist or provider. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes

We may update these terms and the app’s features. The date above shows the latest version. If you do not agree to a change you can stop using the app and cancel your subscription.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring claims before the courts of your place of residence.
